Our Commitment

Americans with Disabilities Act · Section 508 · WCAG 2.1

GT Home Lending (Pinnago Home Loans LLC) is committed to ensuring that our website and digital communications are accessible to all users, including individuals with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

We believe that access to mortgage information and financial services should not be limited by disability. Every prospective borrower deserves equal access to the information, tools, and services we provide — whether through our website, by phone, by email, or in person at our Miami office.

This accessibility statement applies to the website located at gthomelending.com and all subpages thereof.

Accessibility Standards

WCAG 2.1 · Level AA

GT Home Lending aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines describe how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities under four core principles:

  • Perceivable: Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive — including text alternatives for images, captions for video, and sufficient color contrast.
  • Operable: User interface components and navigation must be operable — including full keyboard accessibility and no content that causes seizures.
  • Understandable: Information and operation of the user interface must be understandable — including readable text, predictable navigation, and input assistance for forms.
  • Robust: Content must be robust enough to be reliably interpreted by assistive technologies — including current and future screen readers and browsers.

We also take into account Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (as amended) and applicable requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including recent court decisions regarding website accessibility obligations.

Accessibility Features

Implemented Measures

The gthomelending.com website incorporates the following accessibility measures:

  • Semantic HTML: Pages use proper heading hierarchy (H1–H4), landmark elements (nav, main, footer, section), and semantic markup to support screen reader navigation.
  • Color contrast: Text and UI elements are designed to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
  • Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements including navigation menus, forms, accordions, and buttons are accessible via keyboard.
  • Focus indicators: Visible focus states are present on all interactive elements for keyboard and assistive technology users.
  • Text alternatives: Decorative images use empty alt attributes; meaningful images include descriptive alt text.
  • Form labels: All form fields include associated labels, placeholder text, and error messages to support screen reader users.
  • Responsive design: Content reflows appropriately for users who zoom up to 200% and on mobile devices.
  • Language attribute: The lang="en" attribute is declared on all pages to support screen reader language detection.
  • Skip navigation: Pages are structured to allow assistive technologies to navigate directly to main content.
  • No auto-play media: No audio or video content plays automatically without user initiation.

Known Limitations

Third-Party Content · Remediation Schedule

Despite our best efforts, some areas of our website may not be fully accessible. We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:

  • Third-party booking widget: The appointment scheduling tool (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector) is provided by a third party. Its accessibility is dependent on the vendor's implementation. If you experience difficulty, please call us directly at 786.251.7525 to schedule a consultation.
  • Embedded video content: Videos hosted on YouTube or other third-party platforms may not provide full closed captioning or audio description. We request captions on all new video content.
  • PDF documents: Any PDF documents linked from this website may not be fully tagged for accessibility. Upon request, we will provide an accessible alternative format.
  • Complex financial tables: Some program comparison tables may not fully convey their structure via screen readers. We are working to improve data table markup.

Need help? If you encounter any accessibility barrier on our website, please contact us immediately. We are committed to providing equivalent access within one business day.
